Can I trust your company?
Yes. Our ten years of experience in Courchevel have made our reputation as one of the most serious taxi companies in the region. Our drivers, all from Savoie know Courchevel and the airports of the region perfectly well. They will drive you with pleasure, even in extreme weather conditions. How to book a transfer?
To book it is very easy; send us an email or a fax with the following details:
» Date, place and time of arrival.
» Number of passengers, (with age of children)
» Flight number
» Approximate number of suit cases and skis
» Mobile number where you can be reached.
» Type of transfer (Comfort category or Prestige VIP)
You will receive confirmation within 24 hours.

Your reservation will be taken by phone and no confirmation is necessary.

Are the prices on the page « Rates » per person or per vehicle?
The rate given on our table is the price per vehicle. 
Therefore if you are 4 travelers landing in Geneva, the price will be 80€ per person (320/4=80€) .
If you are 8 arriving in Lyon Saint Exupery, the price will be 60€ per person 480/8=60€)
Please note that our rate is established according to the number of passengers.
In fact the greater the number of passengers, the larger and more expensive the car will be.

Can I book by email the evening before my departure?
To reserve less than 48 hours before your departure it is highly recommended to book by phone. Marc will inform you of availability and will take your reservation immediately by phone.

What is the option Genève AUTOROUTE?
The option Geneva Autoroute enables you to shorten your journey by about 40 minutes by taking the motorway via Chambery. You will be more comfortable and avoid the long and winding road of Lake Annecy. The option “Genève Autoroute” is invoiced with a supplement of 60€ above the normal journey and is already included in the VIP Prestige service.

Do you group together different clients?
No, you will never have to share your taxi with other people you do not know, for all our transfers are private, door to door and tailor made according to your request.

My plane is two hours late, do you bill the waiting hours?
Don’t panic, we never bill time of planes being late or waiting time while you fill out forms for lost luggage because it is not your fault. On the other hand, if you know before taking off that your plane will be more than an hour late, a phone call or an SMS is appreciated.

I have missed my connection, what shall I do?
Call us as soon as possible so that we may organize your transfer according to your new time of arrival.

How will I find my driver at the airport?
You will have a personal welcome. In all the airports your driver will wait for you with a sign with your name at the arrival gate.(The hall just after you have collected your luggage.)

What do I do if my driver is not there?
Call us as soon as possible but stay at the gate. We will tell you what to do. It is however very rare.

I have a lot of luggage will you have enough room?
All our vehicles are large and spacious, adapted to transporting luggage, skis or snowboards. Besides, in order to avoid problems, don’t forget to indicate the approximate number of items so that we can bring the right vehicle.

Do you give discount if we are travelling with a baby or children?
No, a baby or a child uses a seat. It is not possible either for a baby to travel on its parents lap, for our insurance and the police are very strict in France and do not allow it. On the other hand, child and baby seats are available on request.

Can you pick us up from another airport other than those indicated on your web site?
Yes we go to all European airports and we can easily take you or pick you up in Paris or Zurich for example. Please contact us for a quote.

Can you pick us up elsewhere?
Yes, we can pick you up anywhere, simply indicate the exact address when you reserve. Please contact us for a quote.

Can we stop during the journey?
Yes, it is possible to make one or several stops (toilet, cigarette, cash dispenser) on the other hand, when the stop is prolonged (restaurant, supermarket) a time supplement will be applied.

Attention: These prolonged stops are not available on Saturdays due to the affluence of work and must be negotiated in advance.

Is it possible to smoke or eat in the car?
It is possible to eat if you don’t dirty the vehicle. (Think of the driver who must clean after you) Smoking is forbidden. Ask for a cigarette stop.

Can we play our own CD’s?
Yes, do not hesitate to ask the driver to play your CD or DVD (DVD only for VIP prestige class)

I was not satisfied with my driver on the outward trip; can I ask for another driver on the return journey?
Complaints concerning our drivers are very rare for we do our best to have the bet staff possible? Nevertheless, if the case does arise, we would of course change the driver. On the other hand if you liked your driver please let us know and we will try and let him make the return trip.

I left personal items in the car, what should I do?
Call us as soon as possible. Perhaps your driver is not far and could turn back. If your driver is already far, we will take back the items to Courchevel to one of your friends. If you do not have friends or relations in Courchevel, your item could be sent by post at your expense.

May I pay by cash?
Yes, we accept pounds sterling, US dollars, Swiss francs and of course cash. The rate in foreign currency is established according to the rate of the day. It is also possible for you to stop at a bank teller to withdraw the amount. The money must be given directly to the driver.

May I have a receipt?
Yes, at the end of the journey, ask the driver, he is obliged to give you one.

Which is more advantageous financially, to hire a car or to use your service?
You can rapidly obtain a quote on line from a car hire company. However the number of minibuses or mono espaces is very few and not cheap. Don’t forget to add to the price the various expenses concerning your hired car such as:
» Motorway tolls (29.00€ if you land in Lyon)
» Petrol
» Accident insurance, assistance
» Franchise in case of an accident
» GPS hire 10€ per day
» Hire of baby seats
» Hire of chains (tip for the person who puts them on)
» Hire of ski rack
» Parking in Courchevel 95€ per week
» And of course the long wait at the desk
